This case is located in Elephant Butte, a small town of 1300 a few miles from Truth or Consequences, NM, a town I go to for ministry events at least once a year. My father-in-law is the one that discovered the case and asked me if I had heard of it. It’s the case of the Toybox Killer, David Parker Ray.
