Our World Our Time

This is a piece of information I was not aware of until I thought about native American political figures and if there were any. To my surprise I saw Charles Curtis, the 31st vice President. A quick history, lost in the history books as far as I can tell... Black Jockeys in The Kentucky Derby. 13 of the first 15 riders were Black. Look this up and you will see that yet again Black people are part of the American experience that most black people would think they would have been invited to be a part of.
