This holiday season, Zac and I threw our first charity event for a local speakeasy that had burned down over the summer.  Hear us chat about how we came up with the idea, why it was important to us, and the impact it made in our community.

Today we are discussing why Venice was the dark horse of our trip.  It definitely grew on us over time.  The food was some of our fave, and the spritzes...OH the spritzes.....We cannot wait to go back and get lost.

Oh Italy! Can we just go back now?  Zac and I are OBSESSED.  We are going to have to do multiple parts because...there is just too much goodness lol.  In today's episode we are talking about getting ready to leave, packing, our flights, and Florence/Firenze.  This city is truly magical.

Zac and I have been loving living a more balanced, healthy lifestyle the past two years.  While not always perfect, we have learned that...actually that's OK.  In this week's episode, we chat about what works for US, working with what you have, and learning to check in within yourself is really the key to sticking to any new health program.  

This weeks episode is a bit different, Zac and I took an Emotional Intelligence Test over the past few weeks and we decide to discuss the results with all of you.  Where did we each score high, where could we improve, and what did we score the same on.  Some huge eye openers and an awesome conversations came out of this episode!  Hopefully you guys enjoy
