Nicky Scarfo asks John Gotti for permission to hit the former boss of the Philadelphia crime family, John Stanfa. As the situation plays out, John gains respect for Sammy and his strong relationship with Nicky.

One of Sammys good friends from Toddos crew, Joey Frankalino, gets into an argument with Neil Dellacroce's future son in law. Sammy and Toddo immediately go to sit down for Joey to try and straighten everything out.
