Better late than never, especially when your guest is returning SAFC NASA Communications Guru Justin Warner. We talk the game against Plymouth (as bad as it was), tactics, team selection and look at the few remaining games for everyone.

This week we are joined by Taiwan (and part time San Francisco) resident Stephen Coates to talk about all things Sunderland and general banter about the lads. Apologies in advance for the key dilemma halfway through although it does lead to an interesting story from Stephen.

Maryland resident Andy Cooke drops by to talk about the most thrilling 0-0 draw you'll ever have to sit through. We have a moan about our lack of cutting edge up front and try to work out what question is being asked if Corry Evans is the answer.
