In today's episode, I speak to Amie, creator of  @TheSpinsterLife Instagram and YouTube channel. We talk about the messages that we receive as women that impact how we determine our value, and how the true art of happiness comes from having a solid foundational relationship with oneself, first and foremost. 

This week, in honour of the recent World Childless week, I am speaking with Lisa, from Family Redefined, about her journey to acceptance after years of fertility struggles. We discuss how she has repurposed her pain to be able to help women through similar experiences, and about how childless and childfree people share a lot of commonality, despite our different journeys.
