I speak with Jody Ranisate, about America's Run For the Fallen. She is doing in memory of her brother Rocky Littlewind. Rocky was a Sgt who served in the Marine Corps, and lost his battle with PTSD when he after he came home. This episode is dedicated to his service and memory.

I talked with U.S. Navy Ret. Commander John Wells. He turned down the Peoples Health Champion Award presented by the New Orleans Saints because of the flag protests. This prompted a huge response from people everywhere.
