today i reflect on turning 43 and taking anther trip around the sun. super appreciative of the journey and all the experiences in my life. love you all.

today we meet kellan, my brother in law and learn more about my wife. he shares his story of losing their firstborn son Caleb and how they have navigated life since, while also celebrating their newborn daughter Lily. so thankful he was willing to share his story.

Catching up with what feels a former BANDMATE! Yeah, I said it, bandmate! Casey has lived a truly unique life how he has wanted to with no apologies. Unapologetically himself, which has no doubt contributed to his success!

i finally get a chance to connect with my dude. we talk college baseball, moving as kids and the profoundness of having kids.

two sport athlete, long drive freak and video game extraordinaire joins us as we discuss the cod squad and other important stuff.

lil bro makes another appearance in an emergency relief situation as we talk about little lo and life as a dad at 7 months. also, is gator seafood???

I get a chance to catch up with coach holm who took over the Augustana program when we were seniors and he continued to elevate the program. 

reliving one of the best summers of my youth..."hardly workin" as they would say, gettin yelled at by my good friend joe. 

after taking a week off for memorial day, we are back with the boys. had a great time catching up with the fellas and talkin mess to each other.

i get a chance to catch up with the old head coach. it was a great time hearing what he was hoping to accomplish and how it all came together from his perspective. 

today i get to catch up with one of my best friends from college, Ted N. after losing track of him for 21 years, it was like riding a bike. so easy to hang with this cat.
