Thought I would do a video summarizing some of the great Interviews we have had on this channel.  I was surprised to see that YouTube reports that 98% of my Viewers are Male.  I don't see real estate investing being gender specific so this number surprised me.

To Say David is my hero  is an understatement as I have always said I wish I started at 20 instead of 30.  David is executing well, stays true to the numbers and is set to accomplish more things before he is 25 than I have before I am 45 and I am so happy for him!!!! Please keep executing and stay humble David as the market will crush you if you ever get cocky.

Michael shares a lot of great detail about running a Turnkey operation and most importantly the focus on the tenant as a Client.  I find this to be a key to his success as it is not about the buy or the rehab that investors should care about but instead making sure the tenant is happy long term and keeps paying the Rent. Subtle but oh so powerful.
