Mokpo ended up being our favorite place to visit. I can't quite put my finger on the reason, but my daughter and I feel quite fondly about our couple of days there. We all need a bit of encouragement now and then, but rather than wait for someone to come and encourage us, we can take initiative and become the encourager. We thought a couple of bus rides meant we had it all figured out. Not. When we arrived in Pohang, we learned the bus system the hard way and quite quick. Pohang was wonderful. Lighthouse, ocean, and filming locations of one of our favorite k-dramas, Hometown ChaChaCha . It was a very quick trip, but we enjoyed it so much.
