Joan & the girls host a dinner for William and his new girlfriend, Donna. She starts to suspect that William is in love with Joan. The girls keep losing their favorite restaurant table to a new set of girlfriends.

Joan gets a new part time that brings even her friends shame. She clashes with her new obsessive manager, who brings clarity to a situation she’s been having trouble with. The rest of girlfriends, hide William's brand new $6000 pen, which sends him crazy!

Joan is starting to feel unfulfilled in her job, and has some big decisions to make. Maya pens a fierce essay that impresses Ronnie's clients, and realizes writing is one of her many gifts. 

Toni brings her mother to therapy. Todd and Veretta argue, and give Toni an ultimatum. Joan wrestles with whether she should get back into therapy as well. 

Lynn starts a new documentary about single mothers. The girlfriends like the perks from Maya's rich, famous boyfriend, but the come with more rules than she’s ready for.

Joan organizes a charity auction. She & Toni have a bit of a falling out,  which leads Toni to start therapy. Beverly Johnson guest stars as Toni's idol. Lynn, finally gets her alimony payout, but has a problem taking care of her money.

A newly single Joan tells Toni she's happy spending Valentine's Day alone, but Toni is not convinced; Williams gets Lynn to spy on a possible soul mate; Joan runs into an ex-boyfriend. Maya starts her college courses and a classmate shows interest in her.

A street psychic gives out love and relationship advice to passers-by, mainly Joan and William. Joan runs into a past love interest & William finds a possible new love interest.

Maya's ex-husband Darnell and his new girlfriend attend her Christmas party; Joan's overzealous holiday spirit drives her friends crazy.

Special guest Superfan Toni, joins us as we discuss this episode. Todd withholds a message from Toni's ex-boyfriend; Joan fears that she may not be mother material, because William's nephew cries when she holds him. Jabari's friends at school are getting the wrong idea about Lynn & Maya.

Ellis invites his agent Brock to a celebratory dinner at Joan's, unaware of Joan and Brock's history; Joan faces an ultimatum; Maya wants incentives from William for a job well done on a case.

This leads Lynn and Maya to go on a fact finding mission, to snoop around Sivad's house for clues. Joan and William struggle to stop Toni from going on wild shopping sprees.
