Today I try and convey the importance and usefulness of benchmarks in relation to learning something new. This one is shorter than usual as I deleted the first recording instead of saving it. Like a dumbass. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure".- Mariann Williamson. Love that shit! Here's one for you, I'm all about collaborating with people, love that shit. And the start of this episode is part of a collaboration I have with my little baby brother and past guest and friend of the show Pat Mc Keown - https://www.youtube.com/c/PatsPsychologyMScI also mention that I haven't made a plan as such regarding my training but that hasn't stopped my progression. I had only finished uploading the last episode about fannying around when I caught myself about to click on a bulshit video about tattoo artists. It's mad how awareness isn't enough, we need awareness in the moment. I also go over the basics of weighing yourself and explain how you're most likely doing it arseways. "Fannying around" isn't something I do a lot of, but it certainly is something that I do and today I try and adress the negative consequences of it. I also quote past guest and friend of the show, Padraig Reilly when he said, "our minds are over fed and under nourished". Today's is short and sweet lads. Battery was about to die and I'm fit for bed. I haven't had one done in advance in a few days and it mounts the pressure big time. Isn't it mad how we repeatedly do things that aren't in our best interest, for no other reason than we're dopes .The first step in solving a problem and all that jazz! Hosted on Acast. The accompanying picture is of a book I made/wrote in an effort to organise my thoughts. I have a great life. I've a hot, sound wife who just happens to not only be a great wife but an even better mother. I've a thriving business (of sorts due to a certain poxy virus), a great network of friends and family etc etc. But I have my off days just like everyone else. This episode is essentially about it being ok to have a bad day, week, month, but that anything past that needs attention, a...

Today I take a bit of a breather and check in with myself/us and try to get a better understanding of what I'm doing and why. I can't get enough feedback lads so thoughts, complaints, suggestions etc to imoffthelead@gmail.com or to any of my social media pages.https://www.instagram.com/offtheleadofficial/htt...

I did Jesus an episode or 2 ago and today it's Noahs turn. Looks like he wasn't the only one building a big boat! This episode looks at even more similarities between our ancient civilisations but this time I try and explain why (as best I can) which leads further into the importance of understanding our most ancient past.
