The Chain Gang circles the wagons first thing Sunday morning and brings you a first hand account from the Martinsville campgrounds.

It took a couple hundred laps but the stuff hit the fan in quite an explosive way at Homestead with 60 laps to go. The race got turned upside down and Chris Bell found himself in the final 4 for the 2nd year in a row. The Chain Gang has a lot to say about this and what we'll see at the paperclip next weekend. This week I wasn't about to let the Chain Gang get away from our podcast just because they were obsessed with going to the North Carolina State Fair! I tracked Willy and Checky down separately this week to find out exactly what they thought about that Vegas race. Willy was saucy and Check was sassy while Larson was putting the hammer down! Texas found a way to entertain us in spite of itself this year. We had tires falling off, yes, but we also had spins and lead changes with a 3 wide pass for the win by Wild Bill Byron! The Chain Gang analyzes Bubba and Larson's late race moves and then tries to predict what we'll see with the schedule changes next season. All this and more so let's GO!

Bristol held disappointment for some and relief for others. MTJ squeaked out the finish he needed to advance and Harvick had a race so bad he's already forgotten it. The Chain Gang is here to break down all the NASCAR point standings implications and share why Danica Patrick is a mental case!

Kansas in the playoffs means trouble for playoff drivers and that's exactly what we saw this Sunday along with the 3rd win in the last 4 races for Tyler Reddick.

As expected, the Daytona regular season finale did NOT disappoint! This race had a little bit of everything and when it was all said and done, we have ourselves a playoff grid where anything can happen. Let's Goooooooooooo!

The Watkins Glen race this year left quite a lot to be desired for us race fans. Hoppy knew that Chase wouldn't be victorious but didn't think it would be due to some of the sports best engineers forgetting how to do math. Checky is pumped about Ryan Newman winning the SRX championship and Willy just wants to find a store that sell Eggo liquor. LETSSS GO!

The McDominator showed up at Indy and kicked some ass! Chase is still chasing the chase and Wrecky Stenhouse shows why he still yells, "America 1776, we are the champs!"

Martin Trued dominates stages 1 and 2 only to be left guessing at how to get around Chris Buescher at the end of the race completed on a Monday! Plenty of wrecks and drama on and off the track to talk about this week with the Chain Gang! And even a special apperance by my partner in crime!

The racing at Richmond left a lot to be desired but it wasn't without it entertainment for strategery. The Chain Gang debates what could/should be done to bring back the excitement to this speedway and we have a discussion about the 3rd SRX race of their 3rd season. Also, Willy may have fallen asleep at some point.

All Hail Ryan Preece the take no BS from anyone ever again, racer! After their mix up on pit road after the race, Lajoie and Preece give the Chain Gang a realization about this season and what we'll see over the next 5 weeks. The Gang also has mixed opinions on Hamlin's race winning moves. Larson maybe should look in the mirror, or at least at his own footage from Watkins Glen last year? Let's goo...

Martin Truex does it again by winning on a Monday! WIth his first ever win at New Hampshire he increases his career total to 34 which puts him tied for 25th all time with Kurt Busch.
