Off The Bench

In hour one we talk some LSU midweek baseball as they face LA Tech tonight. We discuss some of the transfer portal news for basketball, and talk about the torpedo bats in the MLB. 

 In hour three we do weekend winners and losers, Tay Tay gives us an NFL story of the day day about the tush push. We talk Saints mock dradt and do ask the bench. 

In hour two we talk LSU spring football and the wide receiver room. Jake gives us a March Madness update and we talk about the best Disney songs of all time. 

In hour one of Off the Bench we recap the weekend in LSU Sports. Baseball sweeps the series vs. Mississippi State, softball drops the series to South Carolina, and WBB's season comes to an end in the elite eight. 

In hour three we do Champagne Shenanigans and talk the history of LSU and MSU baseball. 

In hour two we talk March Madness. The New Orleans projected win total is at -5.5. Jeremy Pruitt is suing the NCAA. 

In hour one we recap LSU's win over Mississippi State last night. We also talk some LSU spring football and Blake Baker's comments on Deshawn Spears and Javien Toviano. 

Jay Johnson joins us to kick off hour three. We talk LSU's pen and the Miss State series. Chef Michael Johnson joins us for munchies. We talk NFL draft with Rhett Lewis and wrap up with ATB

In hour two Beth Torina joins us to talk Geaux Teal and preview the South Carolina series. We talk Saints mock draft. Gary Danielson is retiring! 

In hour one we recap LSU's pro day and talk the stand outs. We preview the LSU vs. Miss State series starting tonight. And we talk the NFL's new kickoff rules.

Kendall Rogers joins us to kick off hour three and we talk SEC baseball and LSU's series loss to Texas. Tay Tay gives us an NFL story of the day day and we do ask the bench.

We are guest heavy on hour two! Connor O'Gara kicks us off. Blake Baker joins us and we talk LB room, Kyle Williams and spring football. Blake also calls T-Bob a poodle. Matt McCall joins us to close out the hour and talk March Madness.

In hour three we talk with Nick Underhill, talk about the teams poised to rise in CFB in 2025 and we do ask the bench. 

In hour two we talk Ashton Hall's latest video comparing himself to Jesus. Coach Kim Mulkey joins us to talk NCAA tourney. Tennnessee softball's Karlyn Pickens has to fastest pitch ever at 78 MPH. and we do  OTB mailbag. 

We kick off the show talking about LSU's dominate win over the Seminoles last night to advance to the sweet sixteen. Cam Ward going #1 overall??? And we preview LSU vs. ULL tonight. 

We kick off hour three as always with weekend winners. Devin Snow joins us for Spreadlines and we ay tribute to George Foreman and his grills, and we do ATB. 

In hour two we talk about the OTB team pic with hella denim from Friday. The Saints bring back WR Brandin Cooks. What happened to The Fray?? And we talk some spring football. 

In hour one of the show we recap LSU's series loss vs. Texas this weekend. We talk March Madness and our brackets as well. LSU gets a big commitment over the weekend for football and we recap the women's win in the first round of the tourney over SDSU.

In hour three we continue talking March Madness, Alondra gives us a Baldoni Lively breakdown and we do Ask the Bench. 

In hour two we are March Madness heavy. We talk Saints mock draft and the best country artists from the 90s. 

We kick off hour one talking about our March madness brackets and March Madness in general. WE also preview the LSU vs. Texas baseball. 

We do big deal or no big deal in hour three. Chef Michael Johnson settles the chicken fajita debate. Tay Tay gives us an NFL story of the day day and we do ask the bench. 

Coach Beth Torina joins us to kick off hour one and we get a preview of the Georgia series. The team put its March Madness bracket together.

In hour one we talk about a huge commitment for LSU football. Bill Franques has high praise for Steven Milam and Daniel Dickinson. Will Wade is set to become the next head coach at NC state and we discuss that.
