One of the most exciting parts of NRL Fantasy is looking for a quality POD (point of difference - under 8% owned) option, and today on the Amateurs PODcast we identify some of the prime candidates, along with discussing a few options which seem to be gaining some undeserved traction.

In todays episode, we are joined by last years #1 overall finisher, Shane Ewart, who takes us through his rise from humble fantasy manager to the glory of the #1 overall finish, gives us his own "game theory" and helps us assess the 40 or so most highly owned players in fantasy, including setting us straight on a gun he thinks is essential for round 1.

The Amateurs are joined by Brien Seeney AKA the NRL Physio to discuss his thoughts on the 2022 outlook for players coming off serious injuries, including popular fantasy options Nathan Cleary and Joseph Suaalii. We also answer the age old question "Is there such a thing as an injury prone player?"

Last but not least, we talk through the Sydney Roosters and Wests Tigers projected round 1 lineups and fantasy relevant options, including a few that made us do a double take!
