The Robertson family began their journey around the world in January of 1971. However after 18 months at sea, the 43-foot schooner was attacked by three killer whales and went down within minutes. The family then had to survive in a damaged life raft and dinghy in the middle of the pacific ocean for almost two months before finally being rescued.

On January 15, 1919, a storage tank collapsed releasing two million gallons of molasses on the North End of Boston. The thick liquid poured out like a tsunami wave, reaching speeds of up to 35 miles per hour, destroying everything in its path.
