Sitting on my front porch while some of my neighbors blow shit up on the Fourth of July. Traffic, insects, explosions, whistles, booms, cracks, dogs barking, children laughing. I regret the times I did this as a child.  Episode page here .

Sounds of the city, some traffic, birds and insects, people walking by, and a train passing very close toward the end of the recording. A thunderstorm from our front porch, a little before four in the morning. I set up the array in our living room before I went to bed, trusting that our dog would wake me up. This is my first meaningful attempt at an ORTF configuration for this project and this storm did not disappoint.
