This Palm Sunday we did something a little different at Northstar. We wanted to celebrate Jesus coming as King, so we had a day full of worship and testimonies. This podcast has Jeff introducing the service, followed by Brandon Duguay's testimony and closes with Jeff explaining what Palm Sunday means to us now. Jeff goes through the last of the genealogies in 1 Chronicles 9. He finishes out the historical genealogies touching on Nehemiah, returning exiles, David's royal line, and the gatekeepers and why they are relevant to us in the 21st century.

Jeff takes us to 1 Chronicles 8 and talks about the tribe of Benjamin, keying in on one of its most famous descendants: Saul. Saul was the first king of Israel and was held in high regard by the masses mainly because of his physical appearance. Jeff points out that God looks ultimately at the heart.
