Both girls volleyball and soccer have advanced deep into the WPIAL playoffs.  Alex and Ryan recap the action for both teams and also talk a bit of football and hockey.

Fall playoffs are right around the corner for football, boys and girls soccer, and girls volleyball.  Alex and Ryan recap the fall seasons ahead of WPIAL playoffs.  Senior Sydnei Jones and Junior Lily Karsman stop by to talk girls volleyball and soccer as their regular seasons wrap up.

Fall sports are in full swing.  Alex and Ryan have your mid season updates for football, girls volleyball, boys and girls soccer, golf, tennis, and cross country.  Senior Stephanie Lynch from the girls volleyball team joins the program to give some perspective on how the season is going for the team.

The 2022 Bill Ryan Memorial Trojan Open took place at Treesdale Golf and Country Club.  Alex and Ryan were there and sat down with alums Ty Ryan and Ken Balkey.  The Trojan Open benefits the tuition assistance program at North Catholic.

As the Trojans return to action, Alex and Ryan are ready to get you prepared for the fall seasons.  They have football, girls and boys soccer, girls tennis and golf on tap.  Football senior RB/DB Chase Arrington, Girls Soccer senior forward Lauren MacDonald, and Boys Soccer senior mid-fielder Marcus Kurtz join the show.

Alex and Ryan are joined by Mr. Summers for their annual breakdown of the North Catholic March Madness Bracket Challenge.  This school wide event helps to fund future mission trips.

Boys volleyball is ready to take the court to start their 2022 season.  Alex and Ryan catch up with Coach Ball and seniors Aiden Ward and Andrew Ubinger to see how preseason practices are going and what can be expected from the team this year.  Also, the PIAA swim and diving championships just wrapped up.  Find out where NC placed on the medal stand last weekend at Bucknell.

Spring sports have arrived! But first, the Trojanettes are still going strong in their journey to Hershey.  Alex and Ryan welcome head baseball coach Patrick McKay to the program to discuss his outlook and expectations on the upcoming 2022 season.  Freshman Augie Maslo and sophomores Tommy Shafale and Blake Primrose join in to talk personal and team goals for the Trojans.

It is crunch time for your Trojans and Trojanettes as Winter sports enter the post season.  Alex and Ryan breakdown the WPIAL basketball playoffs, update recent success of the wrestling team, and close out the regular season for hockey.

As we approach the end of October, our Fall sports teams are preparing for their playoff runs.  Alex and Ryan get you caught up on recent results for football, soccer, volleyball and golf.

Alex and Ryan recap the final week of the regular season to spring sports.  With the WPIAL brackets just released this past weekend, they breakdown the path to the WPIAL championship for baseball, softball, boys lacrosse, boys volleyball, and track and field.  Lastly, Alex and Ryan talk boys tennis as they are the first team to reach the PIAA playoffs which kick off this week as well.
