The pastors recall this Sunday's sermon. When does self-care become too much? Have we become our own idols? What are some practical steps to undo some of these things? All this and more!

Jesus tells his disciples to adopt the lowly position of a child. He teaches them to realign their values with those that God values, to understand the nature of his kingdom, and to grasp what it looks like to be a follower of Christ.

This week the pastors make a few reflections on Psalm 23, inspired by Pastor Do Hee's sermon this past Sunday. What does it mean for God to be your good shepherd? What will you chase after in response? All this and more! 

This week we are joined by a friend to our church, Pastor Do Hee Kim! We are so thankful for the generosity of our friends to come and minister to our congregation!

This week, the gang is back together just in time for a special day: Pastor Kathy's birthday!! Later, they discuss Pastor Josh's message, as well as their own experience with the Holy Spirit. Is intellectualism wrong? How does human reason interface with the Holy Spirit's leading? All this and more!

In John 20, we read Jesus's command to His disciples to "receive the Holy Spirit." Likewise, believers today are called to do the sam. Sadly, though, many of us still sit in the drivers seat of our own hearts. This Sunday, we will confront the obstacles that hinder us from knowing Jesus more deeply and living out His commands.

A "Psalm for Life” connects the message of Psalm 23 with the movement of the Spirit in our lives. God calls us the Beloved and provides protection and guidance. How do we recognize and receive the work of the Spirit in our spiritual journey?

Spurred by Sunday's message, this week, Pastors Kathy and Josh have a conversation about women in ministry. Is it still encouraging to hear a message about women in ministry if it comes from a man? How do we encourage the Body to take 'undo' their presuppositions? All this and more! 

We are happy to have a friend of our church, Jeff Hutchinson join us this Sunday! Pastor Jeff is a church planter with a wealth of experience and humility. As you listen to the message, may you be blessed with the same heart that Hannah had as she prayed in 1 Samuel 2:1-10.

In Philippians 4, Paul addresses both satisfaction and desire, want and need, highs and lows.. The thing that sustains him through all of that is Christ who holds him when he finds himself in the place of tension between two extremes

This week, the pastors explore the concept of the Image of God. More specifically, when we understand that we are made in God's image, how does that affect our action? Later, the pastors get together to workshop Pastor Josh's upcoming Sunday message. Support the show! 

God creates humanity "in his image" to be God's representatives. The "image of God" is more like a verb and vocation. Further, we are "imagers" by looking to the image, Jesus Christ.

This week, our guest speaker, Donna Yanosy, walks us through the importance on spiritual formation in the life of every believer. She'll also walk us through some helpful and important prayer practices that should lead us closer to the heart of God.
