In this sermon Elly encourages us to be a community that lives the way Christ has called us to live. This means to walk in love and wisdom in lifestyle of sacrificial love, honest confession, and filled by the Spirit.

This week Pastor Josh continues the Ephesians series by encouraging us to take off the old self and put on the new self by calling us to live in true holiness.

One of our NLYA Mentors, Russell, preaches for us tonight on Ephesians 4:1-16. Russell emphasizes our importance to live a life worthy of God's calling, which begins by being rooted in His love. This looks like character, unity, and maturity, all being rooted in God's love.

This week Pastor Josh talks about the divine love of God. God's love is a blessing, a gift, and our aim in life.

Pastor Josh continues in our Ephesians series this week by showing us how God has always worked through covenants to bring people into identity, authority, and access with Him. We, who were once outsiders, now can confidently declare that we belong to the family of God because of Christ.

We need to recognize our need for God. Pastor Josh reminds us of the importance of acknowledging the depth of our sin and our need for God's mercy. This sermon will remind you how you were made alive, invited to live not by your own efforts, but by His life and works in us.

This week Pastor Blake joins us and preaches on how we become saints. It is not by our faith, works, or worthiness, but solely through what God has done for us in Christ. As we continually say “yes” to God’s “yes” we are transformed.

Our Ephesians series kicks off this week! Pastor Josh starts the series with a reminder of how God is remaking the world through blessing ,and calling Christians to extend that same blessing to others, even enemies, as a reflection of Christ’s love.

This week Pastor Josh encourages our community to seek deep spiritual renewal by slowing down, connecting with others, and encountering Jesus personally. God longs for us to know Him fully.

This week Pastor Josh preaches on 1 Peter 2:1–12, reminding us that the Church is more than a spiritual social club, we are called to be God’s presence in the world, formed by Christ.

This week Pastor Josh preaches on the importance of community within the life of a Christian. In the life of faith, we need to walk together, and share honestly, and pray for one another to strengthen the Body.

This week Pastor Jordan joins us to continue in our James series. She preaches on patient endurance, reminding us that in every hardship and slow season, God is forming us into resilient people who don’t quit, but stand firm in hope, humility, and trust until the Lord returns.

This week Pastor Josh preaches on James 4:13–17, challenging us to face the trial of “tomorrow” by confronting our pride, remembering the brevity of life, and learning to humbly trust God's sovereignty with every plan and decision.

This week Pastor Josh continues in our James series and preaches on restoration. While our divided desires and sinful passions lead us away from God, the mechanism for restoration is repentance—a grace-filled return to humility, surrender, and wholehearted love for God.

In week two of our James series, Pastor Josh encourages us in the midst trials and temptations. Trials are an opportunity to reveal love and loyalty to God, and to become love and loyalty to God. 

This week Pastor Josh introduces a new series through the book of James. Life well lived emphasizes love above all else.

Pastor Victor joins us this week to preach on how to partner with the Holy Spirit to cultivate contentment. Christ is the only answer for our deepest needs and desires. 

At NLYA we seek to bring the Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Tonight we put this into practice with a service of worship and prayer. Listen for Pastor Josh's charge to be a people of prayer before we transitioned into praying for our city. After listening, take some time to pray on your own. 

We continue in our values series and talk about how as the people of God, it is vital to make intentional choices to be formed in the Image of Jesus.
