Sometimes you hit that wall and you're like, "I can't do this anymore." What does it mean? What do you do?

I was driving and the thought comes to me how the energy of these 3 Orisha are very prominent in my 3 closest friends. How does it show up and why do I need it? Just some stream of consciousness.

I know you are thinking what in the world. Trust me when it plopped in my head I was too. I laughed out loud. And as it unfolded it was pure genius. I had been binge watching Naruto so I'm sure my Favorite Self felt it an appropriate analogy. Hopefully my spiritual Blerds will appreciate it. LOL

I heard something on social media related to our (Black and African) ancestors in America. I had been mulling it over when it dawned on me, "You're a whole medium. Why don't you simply ASK"  After the profound Duh I had the most amazing conversation. Confirmation and education. It's not always about help me with ... We're doing a special at work for Black History Month and I decided to contribute. I wasn't sure if I was going to write or not but the moment I said it the words came and I wrote it down. I hope you enjoy this original work

This special episode around my ancestral practice centers on it and my relationship with my first born son, Gabriel Alexander Haynes. How did he influence my practice? What have I learned of our connection? How does it help my healing?

I was goofing off and learned a friend doesn't observe Valentine's Day and shared a video about how it was pagan. My response was that I'm aware it has pagan roots, as do most holidays, but I have a very different relationship with The Most High. The urge to go deeper was overwhelming. I had been wondering what message I was meant to share today and he was apparently the muse I needed. 

I decided to do a special on ancestor veneration. I started with the basics on this episode to lay a foundation. Tomorrow I will do a special one around having a child as my ancestor.
