We are in so much pain. We have no idea how to express that pain. We need words to express our pain so we can truly feel it. Only then can we have hope.

On Tisha B'Av we learn the Torah of brokenness. The Torah of those who have not yet found Hashem in their Yiddishkeit. This is the Torah of Galus and it is appropriate for Tisha B'AV.

Tisha B'Av is a time when we mourn the destruction of the Beis Hamikdash but for so many of us it seems impossible to cry. We have never seen the Beis Hamikdash. We don't know what we are mourning for. What can we do to have one authentic tear? 

What is the inner essence of mourning? How do we make Tisha B'Av meaningful? How can we utilize Tisha B'Av to hasten the redemption and bring Mashiach?
