Star Wars. The Godfather, Donkey Kong? Nintendo’s got a lot of great trilogies in its history, but sometimes you need to be flexible with the definition of the word “trilogy”. Can Patrick and Mark show the necessary dexterity to come up with ten different three-game streaks on Nintendo platforms?

The great third-party video game deluge of 2017 is upon us, and with so many new releases on the way it’s the perfect time for Patrick and Mark to clear out their back catalogs— including Sonic Mania. Plus, some Zelda Black Friday deals, EA games on Switch (or not), and more!

The word on everybody’s lips is Super Mario Odyssey. Sure, that’s three words, but this is one big adventure! From the delirious highs of New Donk City to the ridiculous fun of dressing up Mario, this is a game we’ll all be playing for months to come. Until then, Patrick and Mark will continue to vie for the title of “Your One-Up Girl.”

It may be Halloween, but there’s nothing spooky about Animal Crossing coming to your mobile phone! Is there room in Patrick and Mark’s hearts for so much cuteness and light? (Probably. Yes.) Plus, Rocket League joins an already crowded November on the Switch and more Capcom bashing!

Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Resident Evil 4, and ZombiU are the marquee titles in this spooky triple feature. It’s Night of the Living Nintendo!

After re-discovering their zest for life, Patrick and Mark are looking forward (?) to Capcom’s pair of mini-games accompanying Resident Evil Revelations 1 & 2 on Switch. Have your hosts been infected by the T-Virus?! Plus, Marky’s gone a’courtin’ in Stardew Valley, Patrick hits a milestone in Super Mario Run, and everyone covets the newest New 3DS.

Patrick and Mark are huge Nintendo fans, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t gaps in their Nintendo knowledge. From F-Zero to the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo Power to Punch-Out!!, the guys discuss the Nintendo games and products in their blind spots. Plus, an impassioned plea for someone to explain the appeal of Xenoblade. Anyone?

It’s the greatest collection of the greatest games of all time! The SNES Classic Edition allows Patrick and Mark to revisit all the best moments from their childhoods. Some of those moments shine brighter than others, however, as early forays into 3D graphics look weird on our 60-inch TVs. Plus, hey, Star Fox 2 is a relic we never thought we’d see.
