This week, we look over the ten plagues of Egypt as a basis for the message. However, we don't simply look at them as the "acts of God" they were, but also as a demonstration how God views sinful, rebellious acts. Additionally, it illustrates the extreme measures to which He will go to redeem His people, even in such a wicked and idolatrous world, both then and today.

In this first message, Frank introduces the setting of and for the book of Exodus. As we look at Israelites, "how we got here" story, we will see once again that their arrival in Egypt, growth as a nation, fall into bondage and eventual rescue was not mere coincidence but a continuing fulfillment from the true Promise Keeper.
