A new poll by Emerson College shows Democratic newcomer Graham Plattner leading Governor Janet Mills by nearly a two-to-one margin among likely Democratic primary voters, with 55% preferring Plattner and 28% Mills. In a hypothetical general election matchup, Plattner leads Senator Susan Collins 48% to 41%, with a 7-point lead.
