DGHA has become concerned about the increasing instances of Dog Guide refusals, which have significant affects on handlers who are simply trying to go about their daily business. Her role assists people who are blind or vision impaired to deal with appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, in regard to the NDIS.
