Christmas. Just the mention of the word causes some people to roll their eyes or sigh in disgust. It’s become so commercial and put so much pressure on our relationships and our finances. In the middle of that, though, God wants to remind us of why we even have Christmas in the first place.

In the Bible's Old Testament, there is a story of a mother who had to trust God and let go of her son. In the end, God was able to take a difficult situation and turn it around to great blessing. What is God asking you to let go of?
