Our culture tells us to do whatever we want, but what if what we want to do causes others to stumble? Paul addresses this issue with the church of Corinth; and Paul tells them to love each other. Sometimes this kind of love looks like not doing what we want to do. 

Paul addresses divorce with the church in Corinth. In their culture, marriage, and divorce were contractual agreements between two families. Because of this, the church asks Paul if they should marry, divorce, or remain single.

Paul addresses the church of Corinth for their open acceptance of sin. He even tells them to remove someone from the church! Does this mean we kick all sinners out of the church?  As believers, we should be seeking out other people to live life with. People who will hold us accountable and address our sins with a call to confession and repentance. 

The push of our culture today is division, but as Christians, we are to push back in unity. Paul shows us how to live, love, and go like Jesus in the push and pull of our culture. 

When the famine hit Egypt, Joesph had the opportunity to get revenge on his family; but instead, he glorified God's divine plan to save the known world from starvation. Joesph gets a second chance at revenge when his father dies. God can take our worst and use it for His good plan. 

Was Joseph the actual firstborn? What does that even mean? As we continue to read Joseph's story, we see how Joseph acts when his brothers come to Egypt for aid. 

As we continue Joesph's story, we read that Pharaoh has an odd dream, and the cup cupbearer remembers his promise to Joesph. What can we learn from someone who believes's he's god, and a forgotten promise?

We are to reflect God’s character rather than resigning ourselves to our own sinful character. Let’s look to Jesus for who we should be.

We can learn from Joesph that how we interact with adversity makes a difference in the outcome of our lives. We can choose to respond or react to adversity. Are you completely confident that God is with you?

Gideon’s story is a mixture of positives and negatives. Let’s find out together if he was a hero or a zero as we read Judges 5 – 8.

Is there a way we can combat temptation? Let's take a closer look at how Joseph ran from temptation and how God protects us during times of temptation.

Recognize God's presence. 

Times may change but people remain the same. Joseph was the favorite child, he was a gossip and he lorded over his brothers. What can we learn from the life of Joseph?  

He is risen! He is risen indeed! But is he really? Can we prove that Jesus rose from the dead? 

Jesus and his disciples met in the upper room for a meal that we call the Last Supper, but what is the Last Supper? Is there meaning behind where everyone sat? Let's take a moment to learn more about what scripture says about the Last Supper.

There are many ways to serve, and one of those ways is serving the church. 

Jesus uses plant and farming metaphors throughout his ministry. He even refers to Israel to a vineyard. But why? Is He pointing us back to Eden?

Jesus did many miraculous signs, and in the book of John, we see just a few of these signs. One of these signs was Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. We read that many people saw and believed in Jesus after this sign, but others still did not believe in Jesus. 

It is strange to us that Jesus would spit into the dirt and then put mud into the eyes of a blind man. Why would he do this? Was Jesus trying to make a statement? 

Is there such a thing as being on the fence about your faith? If you want to live, love, and go like Jesus, you have to get off the fence. 

We often overthink how we will talk with others about Jesus, but it doesn't have to be complicated. As we go, we can share how Jesus changed our lives. 

The Bible is full of parallel stories that tell of Jesus's life, and in these stories, we see a deeper narrative of the lame man at the pool of Bethesda. Jesus wants our faith to be in Him, not in signs or miracles. 

Because of Jesus, we can worship in spirit and truth without the need to go to a specific location. All we need is Jesus.
