Bo Noonan calls the church to live as apprentices of Jesus by waging war against the power of money through sacrificial giving. Giving is an act of defiance against the powers of this world, a joyful act of worship that frees us from serving two masters, and worthwhile investment in God’s eternal Kingdom.

Bo Noonan invites us to make room to live as witnesses to Jesus—witness that flows from who we are: a chosen race, a royal priesthood, and a holy nation. We are called to represent God to the world with humility, love, and integrity, even when misunderstood or opposed.

As our church grows larger, we must “Connect Small” through Community Groups, which serve as training grounds for kingdom living, healing, and deep transformation as we apprentice under Jesus with others.

Bo Noonan introduces a new series, Under Construction. We are under construction as we make room for more people to encounter Jesus in community and be transformed by the Holy Spirit. And we are under construction as we apprentice to Jesus in every aspect of our life.

Andy Cooley preaches through the final story of the book of Judges, where we see the outcome of unbridled selfishness and sin: depravity, death, and civil war. We are reminded of Jesus our king fighting for us—he brings unmerited grace and salvation when all hope seems lost.

Judges 17 and 18 begin to tell the story of what happens when “everyone does what is right in their own eyes:” individuals choose to live in spiritual blindness and rebellion to God. This self-centeredness is the root of idolatry for the people of Godl. Their hope back then (and ours today) lies in the coming of God’s chosen king.
