Neil is still pissed off.  There is no working cart machine at WQAM for Neil to use.  Art Bell retires for the 1st time, more the problem with WAMI, and Neil is getting no support for the Center One fundraiser. The "Guy with the Eyes" gets through on the phone, and Neil proposes a solution to the Japanese banking crisis.
