Our Guest this week is Aakanksha Melkani. She not only is a PhD PhD research associate but currently helping impact important economic studies here in Nebraskan Agriculture. We talk about her world study travels on farming factors in sub-Saharan Africa and how her work at The Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute at UNL has shaped her Economic findings so far.
