In this Talk we go through Psalm 22 with its famous beginning of “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?", and see how even though David began with such a great cry of anguish, yet he ends the same Psalm by leading his people in praise to God. Is it a paradox that the heavens are silent and yet speak? A few examples are given in this Talk to suggest not! We hear what the vocabulary of our worship is often like and then get ideas how this can be expanded and deepened.

Can something negative be positive? And what exactly does it mean to be blessed? This Talk explores this and more. How do we meditate and what do we meditate on? There are lots of practical pointers to try out in our daily walk.
