The Overcomer (Rev 3:21). Jesus is victorious over every trail we will face.

Remembering Mother’s Day. Hannah: From pain to purpose. The unfolding story of a mother’s grief within God’s sovereign plan (1 Sam 1-2).

Man’s barrier with God and the barrier removed. Having being justified by faith in Christ, we have peace with God (Rom 5:1). Sin’s impact from Isaiah to today (Is 59:2).

(Ps 9:9) Believers can seek refuge in God (RAP). Communion: A time for fellowship and examination. Peace, grace, father vs. Heavenly Father, two types of forgiveness (1 Cor 1:3). Our power comes from God (Phil 4:7).

A life of spiritual power. Just as branches draw their nourishment from the vine, we draw spiritual power from our connection with Jesus (Jn 15:5). In contrast: spiritual withering. Power through the Trinity.

(Prov 18:10) The righteous find refuge in God’s name (SAFE). Grace, peace, God the Father (1 Cor 1:3). The word, grace, is loaded with power (2 Cor 12:9). Peace is rooted in a growing relationship with God (Phil 4:7).

The imitation of Christ. If we want to be imitators of Christ (1 Pet 2:21), we must learn and apply Bible doctrine (Mt 5:43-48). Boldness comes from confidence in Him (Acts 4:13).

(Prov 1:1-7) Knowledge begins with reverence of the Lord. Three verbals found in 1 Cor 1:4-6. Peace and reconciliation (Phil 4.7).

The “I Am” sayings. Jesus is the author and sustainer of physical and spiritual life (Jn 1:4). The fullness of the Deity resides in Him (Col 2:9).

(Prov 3:5-6) Trust in the Lord and He will sustain you. The baptism of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 12:13). Union in Christ (Gal 2:20). Doctrine of grace, TULIP doctrine (1 Cor 1:3). Doctrine of peace (Phil 4:7).

Humility/meekness. Turning the other cheek (Lk 6:28-29) and finding peace in humility (Gal 5:22-23). As long as we put God first, He will exalt us at the right time (1 Pet 5:6).

(Ps 116:8-9) Trust God and He will deliver. Communion: Without Jesus’ sacrifice, we wouldn’t be saved from sin. Doctrine of baptism continued (Acts 19:1-7; 1 Cor 1:13-17; 12:13).

How to redeem time in a way that’s honoring to God (Rom 12:2; 1 Pet 2:15). Believers are urged to continually walk in wisdom (Col 4:5).

(Ps 118:1-29) Rejoicing in the Lord. Resurrection Sunday. Because He lives, we will live also. Four categories of resurrection. Triune God’s involvement in resurrection.

God is able. God is able to help us overcome our greatest idols (Mt 19:26), deliver us from sin (Heb 7.25), provide strength (Phil 4:13) and wisdom (Jas 1:5), and so much more.

Santification

The last lessons of the Savior. Last teachings of Jesus before His ascension and how we can apply them to our lives (Mt 28:18-20; Jn 14:16-17).

(Ps 103:8-13) Our compassionate God.  Sanctified by God (Jud 1:1) vs. for God (2 Tim 2:21). Transformative thought (Rom 12:1-2) combined with the power of the Triune God (1 Cor 6:11) gives you ultimate power.
