Wednesday evening messages have always been a rich source of blessings for Gospel Assembly Church in Mississauga. Brother Singh reminds us that, while important, knowledge of scripture is not a substitute for the transformative power of illumination that scripture can bring into our lives. God does not intend for scripture to educate us but to illuminate our path and transform our lives.

It is one thing to be deceived by false apostles, but we can also deceive ourselves. It is hypocrisy to fail to live the gospel we claim to believe in. Brother Singh, in his quest for a righteous life, draws inspiration from the lives of his Biblical heroes. Figures like Isaiah, Jeremiah, Paul, and Timothy serve as his moral compass. Paradoxically, the world that rejected the prophets, apostles, and Christ Jesus himself is the religious world, not that of the ungodly.

We can learn much from the Apostle Paul's epistle to the Philippians. Notable is the salutation: "Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons: Grace  be  unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and  from  the Lord Jesus Christ." (Philippians 1:1-2)

This lesson is a beacon of guidance, focusing on developing the vision of a God-called minister. It underscores the significant difference between our desire to start a church and God's desire. Using the New Testament church at Philippi, we examine the correct pattern for establishing a fledgling church on a proper foundation that aligns with God's will.

When Brother Singh uses the term 'according to my gospel,' it may stir some discomfort. However, it's worth noting that even the Apostle Paul's use of this term offended some. He wrote, 'Now to {God} that is of power to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began...

I n this enlightening message, Brother Singh addresses three primary fathers: our Heavenly Father, our Spiritual Father, and our earthly or Biological Father.
