My Friends Have Kids

It's 5 o'clock somewhere! We earned it this week. Heather and D'Arcy are day drinkin!!! We talk about so much...we are all over the place this week! Energy is up and we gettin sh*t done! Happy Friday y'all

D'Arcy hurt her brand new car, and her husband hurt his back, Heather's having fun and getting ready for home school...life is life.

D'Arcy shares a story about her covid customer service experience, Heather gets her daughter her first bra and we tell you about our favorite fitness app!!!

D'Arcy got some cool sculpting and talks about the experience, Heather got away with her hubs and friends, and catching up on the week.

Sitting out in the front yard with the waterfall Heather tells us about her forest therapy session...she explains what that is. We have a little Skincare discussion and as we are talking Heather has her first frog attack experience which was amazing!!!

Heather and D'Arcy got to go back to work! And then got shut down again...so Heather threw parties, got hungover and started visualization meditation to feel better. D'Arcy watched TV and went to the beach. There's more...give a listen! Xoxoxo

We talk about our 4th of July and the events of the week!! D'Arcy is trying to save a dog...that story is interesting, Heather has to start using her juicer.

We get into D'Arcy's surgery from last week, Heather is doing some home improvements... possibly home schooling in the fall and we talk about some food coaching and learning about what our bodies appreciate!

D'Arcy has a little betch session, Heather talks about her home upgrade fantasies, we talk about some cool documentaries and plastic surgery!

Hoping shelter in place will be over soon so we can have our lives back which would give us so much more to talk about! Until then we talk about documentaries D'Arcy has been watching, she also started her lash extension training. It was an uneventful memorial day weekend for all of us. Heather has been making some interesting online purchases while she is in bed with shingles.

Heather talks about her struggle with shingles...could it be caused by covid stress? Maybe! Her youngest moved out of the house...he's 7. He quit the family. D'Arcy got her first mammogram! She also talks about her husband's insane covid projects and her friends struggle with his son who's in his senior year of high school.

We talk about OUR Mother's Day, we get into what works for us for losing weight and detoxing, and Heather shares more ideas on encouraging her kids to help more! Hope you enjoy our little convo!
