Out of the Sac this week, Oldboy, the 2003 South Korean movie with a kickass score and a top 10 performance by the lead actor Choi Min-sik. Read the subtitles, don't watch a dubbed- don't be that person who says, "but I don't wanna read a movie." Those people suck.

Wes Anderson jumped on the scene with his best movie to date with Bottle Rocket. Starring the brothers Wilson, who would each go on to fame in their own right, but its the character of Bob Maplethorpe that steals our hearts in this crime comedy silly willy movie.    

Dan Stevens sexy as hell crushes this performance. This movie is a masterpiece and should be in everyone's top 10.   Wire Guy sighting!

Nerd Alert- The first 10 minutes The Saint! The Saint tells the tale of Val Kilmer a man playing many roles in order to advance his wealth and take a "hit-em and quit-em" attitude towards an amazing woman who deserves better- Elizabeth Shue. The Cabin in The Woods in by far the best thing to happen to horror movies, maybe ever? It is a totally original story by Drew Goddard and he who won't be named.
