The synth music was a bust. Matthew Broderick's jokes were, too. But one particular character had both Chumps cheering...and helped to inspire a NEW segment of the podcast! Despite all the insults, the Chumps actually enjoyed this 1985 non-classic, thanks in part to some dudes you've probably never heard of, with help from Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer.

We're all agreed: Interstellar is complex, but really freaking brilliant. Christopher Nolan brings the heat, as does Matthew McConaughey. Friend of the Pod Mike Pagano brings his love of space to the episode. The Chumps praise Hans Zimmer's score, Nolan's go-for-broke effort, and Luke didn't realize Matt Damon was in the film until he showed up!
