I'm not going to lie, this is rough. If you want to hear my incoherent ramblings that come to no conclusion, then this episode is for you. For all the 40-somethings who don't do grief "right" As I learn through this new chapter in my life, things will hopefully get better. ....and by that I mean easier to listen to.
