You may sometimes become overwhelmed with the challenges of life, but do not forget to ask the Holy Spirit for help. Jesus said the Holy Spirit is your Comforter, and he will teach you all things (John 14:26).

When your circumstances are difficult and contrary, the Holy Spirit will give you divine peace. He will assure you, strengthen you, and remind you of God’s promises. You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. The Holy Spirit is your comforter.
