Morning Manna

2 Corinthians 3:5–6 says this... “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” Thank you Father for the Sufficiency you bless us with.

Luke 12:22–24: “Then He said to his disciples, ‘Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds?'” We don't have to...

Hosea 11:4 says this... “I drew them with gentle cords, with bands of love, and I was to them as those who take the yoke from their neck. I stooped and fed them.” How blessed we are to have us connected to our Father with bands of love. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Isaiah 35:10: “And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” God can change anything!

Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 says this... “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up.” Today is my 53rd Wedding Anniversary and let me tell you that two are better than one. Psalm 23:1 says this... “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” How blessed we are to have this Shepherd in our lives today. Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Hebrews 13:5 says this... “Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.'” How content are you today? Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

I love the message of Psalms 2 especially when we see what's going around the world with persecution. Be encouraged by this psalm today and remember, blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

2 Corinthians 12:9 says this... “And He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” Whatever weakness you're experiencing today... His grace is sufficient for you.

Daniel 10:12 says this... “Then he said to me, ‘Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words." Do not Fear... God is always on time!

Psalm 147:3–4 says this... “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name.” How amazing and powerful is our God. He... cares... for... us!

I love the story of Daniel in the Lions Den. Daniel 6:19–20 says this... “Then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, ‘Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?'” HE... IS.....

Proverbs 17:3 says this... “The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, but the LORD tests the hearts.” Challenges and testings purify us as we grow closer to God. If a testing comes... there is a positive result.

Daniel 3:25 says this... “Look!” he answered, “I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire; and they are not hurt, and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.” I'm thankful for the Fourth Man... Jesus. Let's look to Him for strength and courage today.

Daniel 2:21 says this... “And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.” God has a plan for each of us and what amazing things He can do.

Daniel 1:8 says this... “But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s delicacies, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the chief of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.” What have you purposed in your heart today?

Today we wrap up the book of Psalms with chapter 149 and 150. There's so much we can praise the Lord for today. Lift Him high in praise for He is worthy of all our praise!

Are you ready for Jesus return? 1 Corinthians 15:52 says this... “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” Today I say... even so come Lord Jesus!

Exodus 14:13–14 says this... “And Moses said to the people, ‘Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.'” Whatever you're worrying about today... stand still and see what God can do.

What a powerful verse today... Jeremiah 33:3: “Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” Let's call on Him multiple times, every day and see what He can do.
