Yesterday we did something new and exciting! We had our first cook a hog in the ground hog roast! Let me share with you how we did this and all the fun that we had.

Have you ever had goats milk? Well thanks to our goat Ethel we are getting approximately 1/2 gallon per day for making cheese, cooking, and pouring on our cereal. It’s a whole different thing getting your milk from your goat as opposed to buying it at the local grocery store.
