This week, last July Moore In The Morning spoke with Toronto resident John Konstantinidis, who built his kids a pirate ship in their Scarborough backyard. But after a neighbour complained to the city, a by-law officer made him dismantle the project. Now, on closer inspection, turns out they didn’t need a permit, so the structure is back up.
