El cuerpo necesita estiramiento y no solo el que hace ejercicio. Hay personas que por no estirar caminan con el cuerpo torcido. Cuando le damos al cuerpo lo que requiere responde bien, cuanto mas el espíritu necesita más estiramiento ella amplia para el depósito y prepara para la siguiente jornada.

The damaged places inside us and others need a healing hand to be able to go in to a new time. It is very important that we seek for that help to comeback and have the opportunity to bring healing to yourself and others as we honor God.

Lo dañado, los destruido hay que arreglarlo. Como se puede seguir sin que se le de orden a nuestra vida interna. A la verdad es desgastante y no trae el beneficio que se necesita. Cuando nos ponemos espalda con espalda es el cuidado que también otros tienen para sacar el mejor beneficio en el cuidado mutuo y así poder entrar juntos a un nuevo tiempo.

When we are waiting for answers and they don’t appear what do you do? In the most deepest part of our hearts there is an answer we need to assure us that it is the way and the truth. That promise that only can come from God. He is not late he will come just wait and see.

Que haces cuando lo que estas esperando no se te es dado inmediatamente? Si estas esperando en las promesas de Dios y el aun no a respondido sigues confiado que el lo hará o buscas otros ídolos. El nunca llega tarde pero tampoco llega temprano llega en el momento indicado.

We all need recognition and that is human. Some go though life and not even receive a thank you note. I love the greatness of knowing that we will be granted from God much more than thank you, your accomplishments will be seen by Him who gives out the trophies.

Hay sueños en nuestra vida que son muy especiales y a veces se dan la vuelta y resulta otra con un significado aun mayor que el anterior. Es posible que aun en medio de todo en vez de recibir el premio lo estés dando.

Yes, we love our son’s and daughters. In the same way It is so hard to see how they are influenced or decide to do the wrong things. Sometimes we see that only a miracle has to happen to get them out of that entanglement. We as parents are sometimes hit but not destroyed we need to stand firmly in hope of the word of God. Las cosas nos atacan de todos los frentes para quitarnos la fuerza, la fe y la esperanza. En medio de este ataque hay que saber que dentro de cada uno se está desarrollando otras fortalezas importantes en nuestra vida.

Faith and wisdom are key in our lives but they are not the same. As our faith is tested it is key to ask for wisdom as we see unfold the greatness of God.

Hope is key to living and many are without it. We see it in the streets in the work area but most of all those in poverty. There is a wise saying that it is better to give than to receive.

Independientemente a la situación que estemos viviendo la esperanza es la que le da oxígeno a nuestros pulmones, nos da el motivo de seguir adelante. Hay muchos que andan en las calles sin esperanza y es imprescindible dar de lo que hemos recibido.
