Silas is a former running back for Penn State, USC, and Washington Redskins. Following his football career, he pursued professional rugby for the Ipswich Jets of the Queensland Cup in Australia. He joins Mo and OJ in the truck to discuss his days at USC, the changing college landscape, playing rugby, and much more.

Shane Lee is an inside linebacker for the USC Trojans. He transferred from Alabama where he started 13 games and totalled 96 tackles. He joins Mo and Matt in the truck to discuss his transition to Los Angeles, the possibility of alien life, Disney Movies, and MUCH MORE. 

Xavion Alford is a defensive back for the USC Trojans. He transferred from Texas in 2021 and led the Trojans defense in interceptions. He joins Mo and Matt in the truck and they debut the "Drip or Skip" segment (fan submissions), discuss his breakout season, off-season training, etc.

Dr. Michael Gervais is the top high performance psychologist in the world. Some of his clients include Olympians, artists, Fortune 100 CEO’s, etc. Gervais hosts the podcast, Finding Mastery, that “takes you inside the rugged and high-stakes environments of those on the path of mastery to explore how they train minds to be at their very best.”

Bobby Haskins is a senior Offensive Tackle for the USC Trojans. He transfers from the University of Virginia where he appeared in 45 games and has been awarded ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors.

Ramogi Huma is the executive director of the National College Players Association. The NCPA advocates for student-athlete's rights in congressional hearings, lawsuits, petitions, etc. Ramogi was named one of sports' 50 most influential people in 2006-07 and Time Magazine's "12 New Faces of Black Leadership" in 2015. Mario Williams and Romello Height join the boys in the truck. Mario is a wide receiver for the USC Trojans. He transferred from Oklahoma after a stellar freshman season. Romello is an outside linebacker at USC and transferred from Auburn University. Adam is a comedian and actor. He hosts "About Last Night" and is appearing in roles on the hit NBC sitcom, Young Rock and also Pam & Tommy. Caleb is a QB transfer from Oklahoma University to USC. He joins Mo and Matt in the truck after practice as they hang out and discuss his transition thus far, favorite spots in LA, how to properly slide in the DM's, AND MUCH MORE.

Brenden Rice is a wide receiver for the USC Trojans. He transfers from the University of Colorado after two successful seasons for the Buffaloes. He joins Mo and Matt in the truck as they discuss his move to LA, the best state for high school football, debate superheroes, AND MUCH MORE.

John Brown is a bodybuilding champion in the early 80’s, winning Mr. Universe twice and Mr. World three times. Sports Illustrated calls him the architect of football’s version of the Ball family. He joins the boys in the temporary studio as they discuss his experiences competing, thoughts on modern day strength training, raising three world-class athletes, AND MUCH MORE.

Alexandra Stewart was the runner-up of Love Island USA Season 1. She's joined by her friend, Kristen Baker. The group discusses her experiences on the reality TV show, dating in Los Angeles, and what men don't understand about women.    She hosts a show titled "After The Island" with fellow islander Elizabeth Weber (Winner S1). 

Garrett Reisman is a former NASA astronaut, current professor of astronautical engineering at USC and a Senior Advisor at SpaceX. He joins the boys in the truck to talk about his experiences in space, the moon landing, working alongside Elon Musk, the future of space travel, AND MUCH MORE. 

USC basketball star, Isaiah Mobley, joins the boys in the truck for a preview of the basketball season that opens tonight (11/9) against CSUN. Before heading to OJ’s birthday dinner, they sip on a popular drink from the UK while digging deep into topics such as life while declaring for the NBA draft, the future of basketball, a stacked AAU squad, AND MUCH MORE.
