Once all of the bad things have been cleared out -excavation- now it's time to build your foundation, but how do you do that? And what does that mean?

Impatiently or patiently waiting for the next chapter to commence in your life can be frustrating, trust me I know this all too well. Before that new chapter begins, however, we must clear out all the old and and destructive elements that don't serve us. Because there is no room for it anymore.

I'm under the weather this week but I wanted to give a quick reminder that you have to be your BEST self if you want to live your BEST life. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Why do you continue to push forward when everything is against you? Why do you continue to hold on to hope? It's because you want independence for yourself, your family, and your community...that's why.

Do what you can, while you can, with what you can and remember that YOU indeed can!

If you are going to bet on yourself and gamble on your life...you may as well see it through until you WIN! That is the most logical and beneficial decision to make during this journey.

Immeasurably: too large, extensive, or extreme to measure. Everything you have prayed for is within that definition, and those prayers have been answered.

You've come THIS far by faith...so you might as well risk it all just a lil further.

Your feelings right now may be triggered from events in the PAST, but yet here you are in the present, wiser, smarter, stronger, and better than ever before.

Sometimes things don't work out because WE are the ones putting the block on it all...

When all the funds, energy, and resources have been exhausted..all you have left is hope. I know hope doesn't pay the bills, but hope will get you to a better space where bills won't be a problem ever again.

Being "in your feelings" has a negative connotation in society. We tell ourselves and others to not be emotional. But I'm here to tell you that is NOT true and we need to get in our feelings and STAY there if we really want to breakthrough.

Every move you make doesn't have to be broadcasted, and every move you make doesn't have to be a duplicate of someone else's...

You have some tough opposition in your way that's trying to prevent you from accomplishing your goals, but the reinforcements are greater.

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our journeys for success we forget the L word...it happens, but we can always get it back.

Through all of the hardships, pain, and frustration...the one constant has been you..your faith.

Truth, faith, perseverance and more all form the perfect circle.

Searching high and low for validation from everywhere and ignoring the source right in front of you.

Bullying yourself into selling yourself short has become the norm, but eventually your spirit will get fed up and take over
