You lack confidence in what you're doing because you don't know WHY you're doing it. It's like you're driving on a road trip with no purpose. Passion with no purpose is pointless, but REAL passion always has a purpose. This week you have to ask yourself WHY am I doing this and that will reveal your mission. Then you will have all the confidence you need to go forward.

Manushka is currently the Assistant City Attorney for Shreveport, Louisiana, but her path there wasn't smooth. Growing up in a household where the expectations were to pursue a medical career, changing her major during undergrad, and witnessing a transformative experience to pass the BAR exam. Question: If you were on a tropical and beautiful vacation and you KNEW if you obsessed over your problems back home it would make your scenery dreary and dystopian would you continue to focus on said problems or focus on the beauty in front of you?

Dr. Mysti Harrison didn't have any immediate examples of being a doctor in her life early on, but she KNEW becoming a doctor was an option, failure was not.

Entrepreneurs and Dream chasers feel the need that they must always be busy or productive to a degree when sometimes, many times, it's best to slow down and focus on the small things. That's what really will get you to the top.

Ron Lofton made a lot of money in Corporate America and a vast majority of that money didn't go into his pockets. He wanted ownership, but he also wanted to serve. Your goals may seem unbelievable to many. Don't take it personal that's just how they have been conditioned to think. Which makes it even more important that you must succeed. So they can become believers.

You ever have a bad day. Like a TERRIBLE ass day where you just wanted to say fuck it all? That was me yesterday. It was a very VERY bad day. Then I realized something...my success was still unbothered.

The internet gives alluring images of entrepreneurship and success. The internet doesn't tell the full truth however. There is a lot of unattractiveness that comes before and during success.

Multiple streams of income are necessary to survive. Whatever those streams may look like for you. However, there are another type of streams needed to survive as well, far more important and valuable than money can ever be.

Water evaporates and creates clouds. Those clouds then release water back to the earth. We call it rain. The cycle is pretty comforting, what goes up must come down. Prayers go up, blessings come down. Now imagine if every single water molecule that forms a cloud represents someone that is praying for you...would you still quit?

"You can't win. You can't break even and you can't get out of the game." Those are lyrics sung by the late great Micheal Jackson in the cult classic "The Wiz". The song is memorable. The movie is iconic. However those words are false. Because you CAN win as long as you remember one important fact...

We fool ourselves into thinking that success is a microwave. Quick. Fast. Instant. We are sadly mistaken. It's ok though because we still have the time and the energy to go through the process the proper way.

The struggles you are enduring right now in this moment may very well be overwhelming, BUT it is essential you keep going and plant some seeds, gems, and memories, to energize yourself down the line. You will thank yourself later that you did it.

No amount of seasonal depression can't stop our perpetual ascension in life. Unless we allow it.

When bad news shows up at your doorstep. When you're under attack from all sides. It is human nature to feel every negative emotion imaginable. You may feel like you are in an endless pit of despair. However, if you pay close attention there will be some gentle reminders around you to reveal that is not the case.

None of us will live forever. We are all born with biological clocks. So why do we impose artificial clocks on our goals to add more stress? Now we start to believe we're "late" when it comes to achievements and that's not the case.
