Sermon Update 7.22.20. Have you ever studied what the Bible says about marriage, divorce, and remarriage? How do you approach the issue? Revelation 14:9-13 is sometimes used by others to teach an eternal conscious torment for those destined to Gehenna. This message looks at the background of this passage as well as examines the Christological teaching of the substitutionary atonement.

There is a spirit being called the Devil and Satan, and he does have angels that follow him. These angels once fell from a position in the heavenly realm and are now doing demonic work among the children of men. There is something unique about these beings as they pertain to the lake of fire.

Sermon Update 7.13.20. As with any teaching, there will always be objections. I don't cover every objection to annihilation (or conditional immortality) in this lesson, but I cover some of the main ones I've had presented to me. Sermon Update 6.13.20. How did Yeshua's view of adultery challenge the scribes and the Pharisees? Listen to learn that whatever it is that is keeping you held down to sin must be let go of before it is everlasting too late.

Sermon Update 6.6.2020. The scribes and Pharisees were great at obeying the letter of the sixth commandment. Where they lacked was the heart, spirit, and intent of the sixth commandment. Yeshua peeled back this command in order to show the problems we all have in our day-to-day life of interacting with others. We should be careful in what we think and say.

When a topic is presented in a sermon or in writing there will inevitably follow objections. Sometimes these come in the form of a question or also as a comment. I have encountered (it seems) numerous objections to the belief that holds the Sabbath to be determined by the lunar cycle. This lesson answers many of these objections.

Sermon Update 5.30.2020. Do we have the ability to keep every commandment in the Torah (law)? Listen to learn about various applications of the law, and also how our behavior must be better than a Pharisees if we desire to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Sermon Update 5.23.2020. Let's take a look at the smallest of the commandments, and what it might mean when Yeshua talks about the "least in the kingdom of heaven." This sermon also centers in on the word break in Matthew 5:19, asking the question, "Is this the best possible way to translate the Greek word luo into English?" A lot is covered in this teaching.

Is mercy and blessing only found in the New Covenant? If you were to speak such words to King Hezekiah he would undoubtedly proclaim your error. He may even begin to explain to you of the mercy and blessing He and the nation of Israel experienced during the Old Covenant.

Feast keepers often look upon unleavened bread as symbolizing purity and truth and leavened bread as symbolizing malice and wickedness. While there is truth in this there is much more to the story as it pertains the the symbols and meanings of each type of bread.

The Apostle Paul, writing to a New Covenant church admonishes them to observe the festival of unleavened bread. Why then are so many preachers today admonishing people to NOT observe the festival?

A controversy exists among feast keeping groups as to when the Passover lamb was sacrificed. Was it at the beginning of the 14th day of Abib or during the afternoon of the 14th?

Sermon Update 5.15.20. What did Yeshua mean when he said he came to fulfill the law? This sermon also examines the phrase "heaven and earth" in Matthew 5:18, and looks at what is meant by jot or tittle (KJV) in light of the law.

Sermon Updated 4.24.20. In this lesson, I cover what it means to be a merciful peacemaker, and how purity in heart is not possible outside of the power of Yahweh. I also talk about how that living like Yeshua lived will bring persecution on one's life.

Sermon Updated 4.22.20. In this lesson, I look at the common, casual teaching method of Yeshua, and what it means to live a blessed, happy life. Happiness for the child of Yahweh is not based on life's circumstances.
