We are continuing our series called “Messiah.” We are looking at characters from the Old Testament who foreshadow characteristics of the future Messiah, Jesus Christ. This week we are looking at the story of Moses who highlights the idea that Jesus will come to set his followers free. Jesus will set us free from sin, death and evil.

On Sunday we had the opportunity instead of our traditional service to share a meal with individuals who are recovering from addiction through a ministry called Hope Is Alive. It was incredibly encouraging to see the ministry being done through Hope Is Alive and the life change that is happening because of their work.
