Our lives are a collection stories. Paul calls us living letters. Many times the basis for our stories revolve around our experiences, choices, or our perception of ourselves. This leaves us dealing with doubt, guilt, or shame. Christ dealt with each of these issues through His sacrifice.

Palm Sunday marks the triumphal entry of Christ into Jerusalem. His entry marked the fulfillment of messianic prophecy which awakened the hope of the people. We still cry out Hosanna knowing that our savior has come.

God is a God of second chances. Unlike man, God's emotion are always purposeful and never out of control. The emotional turbulence we feel can cause us to lose focus of our purpose and mission. Yet God's patience towards us is unrelenting.

God speaks to us in many way throughout our lives. Responding to His voice can sometimes create emotional turbulence in our lives. Yet, he is unrelenting in demonstrating His grace.

God calls us to be Stewards of His grace and of goodness. That calling has an economic impact in all that we set our hands to do. He has entrusted us with a sacred trust in the work that we do.

The life of Daniel offers a great perspective of faith and conviction in the workplace. Our convictions reveal our identity and worldview to those around us.

God designed work with rhythm that reflects His character. He does not distinguish between the secular and the sacred, all things are sacred to him and that includes our work life.

The spiritual legacy that you leave for your children and your children's children is the greatest inheritance that they can build on. We stand on the shoulders of those who have gone before. Ananias displayed a sensitivity to the voice of God that is imperative to living out our faith daily.

Like a boxer in the bout of his life, the believer is in a fight to the finish. Understanding the expectation of that end is what keeps the believer encouraged to look up, suit up, and build up until the return of our Lord.

The tactics that the devil uses to keep people in bondage are many. One of these tactics is to focus on individual deeds rather than on the motivations and desires that would lead to sin and bondage. As an overcomer our identity is found in the finished work of Christ and not by what we do, who affirms us, or what we acquire or possess. It is for freedom that Christ set us free.

Everyone suffers loss in life. Whether the loss of a job, a dream, or a loved one the way that we grieve can either heal or destroy. The way that you grieve is a choice. Overcoming the pain of loss is a daily task where we learn to mourn rather than moan, and recount rather than deny.

The Holy Spirit is the helper of man. He is the person of God with us, guiding us into the truth of God's promise for the believer. His role is similar to that of a coach who aids us in overcoming the adversities of life.

Why does God allow suffering? It's a question asked by our society and culture. The root of that question comes through knowing our fallen nature. His creation doesn't suffer from a design flaw, but from a choice flaw. The Overcomer must learn to know what God's design is for His creation and come into alignment with His will.
